Learn what you need to know to keep your family healthy during the cold and flu season this year
Sean Donahue will help you learn how to strengthen your body's defenses so you won't get sick, and how to support your body's own healing process when you do. This course will be simple and clear enough for a complete beginner to follow, but detailed enough to hold the interest of a practicing herbalist.
Each Thursday evening there will be a live teleseminar -- but don't worry if you can't make it every week, each seminar will be recorded and will be available to participants as an MP3. Following each seminar, Sean will send out written notes. And there will be an e-mail list for questions and comments.
